Conceived by the collective Chantal — Générale, Elmes, Sarah & Charles, and Vormen — the space directly questions the role of gastronomy in Brussels culture. Here, there is no fixed décor or staging: the restaurant becomes an open framework where uses, narratives, and practices intersect.

Métalobil will handle the fabrication and installation of the restaurant’s furniture.
At the heart of the design, the dining room is conceived as a true stage. Technical elements are deliberately exposed, contributing to the narrative of the space. Fixed furniture structures circulation while independent pieces introduce flexibility and adaptability, allowing room for culinary creativity.
Three large communal tables in pewter, 11 meters long and arranged in parallel, compose the central space. They invite guests to share a collective experience, striking a subtle balance between conviviality and comfort.

Around this stage, more open areas welcome visitors to extend or begin their journey: enjoy a drink, savor a dessert, or simply experience the space.

Opening scheduled for November 28.
