Within the already dense urban fabric, there was a gap. As good practitioners, we filled it with a molar-shaped structure made of insulated steel sandwich panels and caravan windows, extended over the existing roof with a 100 m² terrace.

Rooftop extension: the galvanized metal frame, constructed from tubes and folded sheets, covers the apartment’s existing terrace. The insulated sandwich panels forming the facade and roof are assembled onto the frame. The floor panels, made of wood and cement particle board, constitute the flooring.
On the over-roof, a 100 m² non-slip film-faced birch plywood terrace is laid on a galvanized omega profile structure.
