As part of its growth, Métalobil is strengthening its teams and hiring a Project Manager to support its projects.
Working closely with management and integrated into the design office, you will manage the projects entrusted to you from start to finish. You will be responsible for the quality of client communication, the smooth running of operations, meeting deadlines, and the financial performance of the projects.
Your responsibilities
- Manage client relations: understanding needs, analysing requests, representing Métalobil, and managing communication throughout the project
- Oversee projects end-to-end: technical studies, procurement, manufacturing, scheduling, budgeting, and handover
- Monitor on-site operations: analysing constraints, site visits, coordinating human and material resources, quality control
- Supervise and coordinate the teams mobilised on projects
Your profile
Organised and detail-oriented, you know how to anticipate, prioritise, and respond effectively to unforeseen events. Your interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and negotiation abilities are key assets for success in this role. You enjoy teamwork and demanding project environments.
