A fountain both absurd and poetic, attached to the quay, reveals the rhythms of the river, like a grandfather clock that, every six hours, would chime the ebb, the flow, the ebb… Except that the chime is replaced by a powerful and spectacular water jet that will only stop at high tide slack water. It will then resume its tireless cycle.
