The forma6 agency designed the park’s six buildings as a series that is genetically identical, where brick becomes the DNA and each central core an identity marker. In the first building, delivered in 2017, Métalobil produced the atrium staircases and ceilings, extending the project’s timber language and rhythmic expression.
The intervention transforms the stringer into a diffuse structural framework, extended to the balustrades and plenums, until the structure disappears in favour of floating treads.
This strong formal gesture gives the atrium a singular identity, which has become an architectural landmark for users and visitors.
