Spanning nearly 350 linear meters, La Serpentine undulates above Rue Serpenoise and Rue de la Doucette, like the skin of the Graoully, Metz’s legendary dragon.
Its arches cross the public space, culminating at 5m in height and stretching 15 to 20m each.
5,000 unique pieces — profiles, supports, scales — were designed and assembled to give form to the aerial dragon.

– Recomposed profile in welded, powder-coated, curved, and twisted aluminum.
– Over 2,200 unique 3D HPL scales.
– Mirror-polished stainless steel scales, transforming the misting into a giant urban mirror.
