“River landart”: Both absurd and poetic, a fountain reveals the river rhythm. Hanged on the embankment, it rings every six hours the ebb tide, the flood tide, the ebb tide… But here, the ringing is a powerful and spectacular water jet that stops only when the tide is high. It will later replay this tireless cycle.
