“This enameled copper artwork formally echoes certain aspects of the activities within the Police Station. The rectangular plates composing the volume are similar in size to A4 paper documents. This form also evokes digital files, and the convolutions of the overall shape stylistically represent the circulation of information and knowledge.” V.M.

The “Scales” are enameled copper plates following the color chart of Émaux de Longwy. The structure is made of polyester powder-coated steel profiles with a matte transparent finish, and the assembly principle of the volume allows for a shape that appears to be evolving and modular.
